FOR SELLERS

Q.    How do I consign my items?
A.    You can call or send an e-mail request and we will contact you about consignment, and to arrange pickup or drop off.


Q.    What will it cost me to sell my items?
A.    We charge a flat 10% commission—which is 10% of the total selling price.  There are no hidden fees or additional costs.


Q.    When will I receive my sale proceeds?
A.    All payment are made within 15 business days, provided we have received negotiable funds.  Most payment are usually made within 7-10 days after the sale.


Q.    How are my items stored or cared for while in your possession?
A.    They are insured the entire time in our possession, and they are stored in padded racks that are under surveillance by our state of the art security system.

 

 

Q. Are your commission rates the same for estate sales?
A. Our commission rates differ between firearms auctions and other personal property sales. They are negotiated on a case by case basis.

 

 

Q. Do you offer a pick up service for my items?
A. We are fully equipped, insured and capable of the pick up of your items. On large collections or estates, we will pick up free of charge.

 


FOR BUYERS

Q.    What do I need to register to bid?
A.    There is no fee to register to bid at our auctions.  You just need to bring your driver's license and be able to provide negotiable funds for payment of any and all purchases you make.


Q.    Do you offer absentee bidding?
A.    We offer three ways for our customers to place absentee bids.  You can submit your bid via our website, by fax, or you can bid over the phone during the event.


Q.    Do you offer internet bidding?
A.    We offer online bidding through a third-party website, www.proxibid.com.


Q.    What are you shipping charges?
A.    Shipping rates are always listed in the terms of our auctions.  For firearms, we offer fixed rate shipping:  $30 per handgun with a combo rate of $50 for 2, and $20 for every gun over 2.  $25 per long gun with a combo rate of $40 for 2, and $15 for every gun over 2.  On collectibles and memorabilia, we charge actual shipping cost.


Q.    Do you charge for NICS background checks?
A.    We offer free on-site transfers and form 4473 completion, when applicable.

*Note: All buyers should print and have their local FFL attach the FFL Cover Sheet to the FFL before faxing. This ensures there is no confusion as to who an FFL was faxed for.
